Every goblin represents a fictional holder. More holders add floors and connected wings. Empty floors remain after resignations and fill again when new employees arrive.
The biggest holder becomes CEO. Other leading holders get executive titles and nicer outfits. Service badges and personalities give smaller holders their own character.
